Bob replace our water heater. He was responsivem professional, knowledgeable, and clean. He took away the old water heater. We were back in business in under 1 hour. Great job. Would definitely call him again.

I got Bobs name from a friend and came recommended. I had an issue where I installed a sink basket drain incorrectly and was leaking badly and i felt like I was not going to be able to fix it, I needed him asap which he came over and got under the sink, the hob job I did to stop the dripping was bad and he seemed to think it was fine and then went ahead and fixed something else under the sink which I did not believe needed fixing but he did. So the original problem wasn't fixed and several months later I called him letting know I was not happy what I paid you to fix was not ever fixed. He then got angry with me because he thought I was trying to screw him and he knows "people like me" well you dont' know people like me and now I am writing you a negative review. I had other work for you but I will look for someone else now. I would think twice before using this guy.
